What is T’ai Chi Chih?
T’ai Chi Chih Joy Thru Movement is a series of 20 gentle movements designed to stimulate, circulate and balance the flow of Chi, the natural universal energy within our body. The more freely it flows, the greater wellness and vitality we experience. It is yet another way to help yourself feel better on all levels, body, mind and spirit, using your own natural resources. Classes open to all ages. The movements can be done standing or seated.

As an extension of our Lantern programming, T’ai Chi Chih classes have also been offered at Wedgewood Park Recreation Centre and H.G.R. Mews Community Centre in St. John’s, in Mount Pearl, and around the province.
Classes at these other locations have been discontinued, at least for the time being.
Special 1-hour, 2-hour, 1/2 day, full day or two day sessions can also be negotiated for specific groups, including Staffs.
