Personal Leadership Styles-Reflection and Analysis
Thursday, November 2nd, 2017 1:30-3:30pm
This year, we are offering an optional pre-conference workshop offered by Heather Peters of Knightsbridge Robertson Surrette. Participants in the workshop will complete the Leadership Effectiveness Assessment (LEA) ahead of time – a tool based on 40 years of research to drive self-awareness and reflection.
The LEA is firmly grounded in the notion that true leaders take many forms. It encourages people to discover truths about themselves and harness their desire to take meaningful action. Measuring 22 leadership behaviors, the LEA provides rich and practical insight to expand individual and organizational success.
Pre-Conference Registration Fee: $200
Note: If you are a participant from the 2016 W2W Conference, and are interested in revisiting and exploring your report to a deeper level, you are very welcome to register. Because you have already accessed and completed your LEA report, the registration fee is reduced to $100. Please bring your 2016 report to the workshop.
*Because of the costs incurred in the administration of the LEA, we are unable to offer a reduced charity/non-profit rate for the pre-conference workshop.
**Registration for the Pre-Conference Workshop is optional and additional to the fees for Full Conference registration.
Our full conference opens Thursday, November 2 at 6:30pm, as we welcome delegates to sessions structured around themes of diversity in the workplace and sharing in the experienced wisdom of our opening keynote speaker, Dawn Dalley.
We reconvene Friday, November 3 at 9am to start a full day of sessions and speakers that dive into the strategies and actions available to you within your organization to reach your leadership potential. Our day wraps with our Closing Keynote, the Honorable Cathy Bennett.
Registration Fees include participation in all conference sessions and catered lunch.
