Empowering women in the workplace has a ripple effect in our community: companies and organizations are strengthened from within, and developing leaders find role models in a dynamic and changing workplace. Together, we set the course for a stronger and more dynamic Newfoundland and Labrador.
The Lantern’s Empowering Women Program seeks to develop leaders who will reinforce our already strong cultural ethic of care, and who are enthusiastic about widening that circle to include those of diverse backgrounds, brimming with untapped potential. The annual conference is a unique opportunity for women to work together in developing self-knowledge, honoring diversity, and looking to actionable examples to reach their own potential, and that of their workplaces.
The conference encourages women of all ages, backgrounds, abilities, and sectors to attend.
