Cream Cheese Pie


•Cream cheese x 250g

•Sour cream x 325ml

•Egg x1

•Sugar x ½ cup

•Vanilla x ½ tsp

•Graham cracker crust


1.Soften cream cheese, then whisk in sour cream

2.Whisk in sugar and vanilla until smooth

3.Stir in egg until thoroughly mixed (don’t whip too much!)

4.Pour into crust & bake at 300 F / 150 C for 30 mins

5.Turn off oven, keep pie in oven for 45 mins

6.Cool to room temp or refrigerate overnight before serving.
